Mahua Dutta is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager - HR at Eka Software Solutions since December 2018, Mahua has held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes working as Assistant Manager HR at Trekbin, where responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end employee life cycle, compliance, and talent management. Mahua's initial HR experience was gained at Microland Limited as an HR Intern, focusing on HR analytics and report preparation.
