Cristina Peláez Avezuela is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Since January 2019, Cristina has served as Directora Recursos Humanos at Lener Asesores, while also being an Asociada at EJE&CON since July 2023, an organization dedicated to promoting women's leadership in high management roles. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at KIABI, Coach and Founder of Pencil Coaching, HRBP at Orizonia Corporacion, and HR Generalist at Viajes Marsans, where Cristina excelled in recruitment, development, and internal communication. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Organization and HR from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Professional Coaching certification from Escuela de Coaching Lider-haz-GO!, and additional qualifications in Labor Risk Prevention and Psychology.
