Ahmed Mohammed Jalaluddin possesses extensive experience in business application management and facilities management systems. Currently serving as Manager of Business Applications for IBM Maximo at Ejadah since December 2011, Ahmed has successfully represented Idama operations in the implementation of Maximo 7.5. Previously, during tenure at EFS Facilities Services Dubai from May 2006 to November 2011, Ahmed held the position of CAFM Systems Coordinator, focusing on CAFM implementation, asset and PPM management, contract setup, access levels, and MIS reporting, in addition to providing training on the CAFM system. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Osmania University, achieved between 2002 and 2005, and completed higher education with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at the International Indian School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
