Amy O'Neill, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive background in human resources spanning multiple roles and organizations. Since September 2016, Amy has held various positions at EJ, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Generalist, Training Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Amy served as a Human Resources Assistant at Grandvue Medical Care Facility and as Secretary for Administrative Services and Human Resources at Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District. Earlier experience includes working as a Medical Business Specialist at Munson Medical Center and a Human Resources Intern at Great Lakes Energy. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources from Davenport University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northwestern Michigan College.
