Kathryn Haigh has extensive experience in the museum and art industry. Kathryn has held various roles throughout their career, including President and CEO of The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art since 2023. Prior to that, they served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim Director of IMA at Newfields from 2021 to 2023, where they led various departments and made strategic acquisitions for the permanent collection. From 2017 to 2023, Haigh was the Chief Operating Officer of Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields, where they managed collections, exhibitions, facilities operations, and implemented a 30-year master plan for the museum. Kathryn also has experience working as Deputy Director for Collections, Exhibitions, and Facilities Management at Indianapolis Museum of Art from 2007 to 2017, where they oversaw fine art exhibitions, collections management, and facility operations. Additionally, they served as Chief Registrar at Indianapolis Museum of Art and Cincinnati Art Museum, where they supervised registration, photography, and implemented various museum management initiatives.

Kathryn Haigh obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Cincinnati between 1988 and 1993.
