Jeannie Skarka is an experienced HR Recruiting Specialist currently employed at EIT Electronic Instrumentation & Technology since November 2023, where a comprehensive full-cycle recruiting structure for three East Coast manufacturing plants was developed. Previously, as Director of Operations at Growth Suite Consulting from February 2022 to September 2023, operational oversight and mentorship were provided to a remote team in a recruiting firm. At The George Washington University, Jeannie served as Associate Director of Health, Wellness and Marketing, managing a team of professionals and graduate assistants, as well as developing marketing strategies for the Campus Recreation Department. Additional roles included teaching undergraduate courses as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Exercise Science and leading various fitness programs as Assistant Director of Recreational Sports and Fitness Services. Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion from George Mason University.
