Natalie Chitayat is a Corporate Partner at Eisner, LLP since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in corporate law. Previously, Natalie served as a Corporate Associate at Milbank LLP from January 2015 to April 2023, and as a Milbank Fellow at Public Counsel from October 2014 to January 2015. Natalie's career began with an internship as a Summer Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in 2013. Education includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center (2011-2014) and a Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Barbara (2006-2010).
