Terrell Carothers, Ph.D., MBB, SSM, currently serves as Executive Director of Strategic Procurement & Site Services at Eisai US since August 2020. Prior to this role, Terrell worked as Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at RGP, leading supply chain transformation efforts in the healthcare sector. Terrell has extensive experience in procurement, having held significant positions at industry leaders such as L'Oréal, Acelity, and Johnson & Johnson Vision, where responsibilities included overseeing procurement strategies and managing substantial budgets across various sectors. Terrell began a career in engineering and development at GE, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
