Human Resources Business Partner at EIS Group

Madara Praude has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Madara started their career at Deloitte Latvia in 2012, where they worked as an Executive Assistant and HR Assistant until 2014. Madara then joined Mogo Finance as an Office Manager from 2014 to 2015. After that, they worked at 4finance, initially as an Executive Board Assistant from 2015 to 2017, then as a Human Resources Assistant from April to September 2017, and finally as a Senior HR Information System Specialist from September 2017 to July 2020. Currently, they are working at EIS Ltd as a People Partner EMEA since November 2020. In this role, they provide operational business support, ensures compliance with labor laws and global directives, and acts as the first point of contact for over 200 employees. Madara also supports HRBP in talent pipeline management and works closely with departmental leadership and the Talent Acquisition team.

Madara Praude's education history is as follows:

Madara Praude earned a Bachelor's Degree in the Administration of Taxes from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Universidad de Huelva from 2011 to 2012.

Madara also obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2010, they obtained a Higher Education Accreditation from Latvijas Studentu apvienība. In 2014, they completed the Time Mentor Office certification from Nordic Training International. Furthermore, they acquired a Conversational and Business English, Level C1 certification from Intelligence valodu centrs in 2016. In the same year, they completed a Spanish language course for beginners at Communication Teachers Group. In 2017, they obtained a Personnel Management Specialist certification from Hansa Training and a Certificate of Completion - MS Office Excel, Level 2 from NH Mācību Centrs.

Most recently, in 2021, Madara Praude received a Project Management certification from the University of Latvia.
