Allison Basye's work experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at EIS Ltd starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ABWE from 2018 to 2020 as a Media Specialist, where they managed media projects and logistics for video producers and photographers. Allison also had roles at Nationwide from 2010 to 2018, including Specialist in Business Consulting/Process Management and Senior Analyst in Process Management.

Allison Basye attended Otterbein University from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Equine Business and Facility Management.
