Gavas Nachare has extensive experience in the welding and technical assistance field, currently serving as a Technical Assistant at EIRICH Machines, Inc. since January 2018. Previous roles include TIG Welder at Sany Heavy Industry India Pvt Ltd, Technician at Thermax Limited, Sr. Welder at Putzmeister India, and Welder at JCB India Ltd. Gavas completed a Welder apprenticeship in Welding Technology at the University of Mumbai and a Welder trade program at ITI New Delhi University. Currently, Gavas is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Mumbai.
