Brett S. Carlson is the founder of Eir Partners, a strategic partnership and investment company focused exclusively in the healthcare technology and consumer healthcare marketplace. Since inception in 2015, Eir has completed 25 platform and add-on acquisitions while deploying approximately $3 billion in equity and debt both standalone and through partnership with New Mountain Capital. Eir lead corporate and strategic development for Equian up until the sale to United Healthcare for $3.2 billion in July of 2019 and has completed two other exits. Additionally, Eir Partners was the founding entrepreneurs and investors in the formation of Revint Solutions, a revenue integrity data mining company, in July of 2016 and remains active today. Prior to Eir, Brett was the Chief Executive Officer at iVantage Health Analytics, a leading healthcare data analytics company and spent 9 years as a principal at Great Point Partners, LLC, a health care focused investment firm responsible for their technology investing effort. He is a current Director at Convey Health Solutions, Remedy Partners, Revint Solutions, Caryn Health, Millennia Patient, Acuity Eye Specialists and the Retina Institute of California and a former Director at Citra Health Solutions and Connecture (Nasdaq: CXNR). Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

After spending time on both the investment and operational side of growing healthcare companies, Brett recognized the need for a new brand of investment partnership. This experience in the marketplace led to the launch of Eir.
