Simon Keegan has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Simon started their career at Unilever Australia in 1996 as a Sales Director, specializing in Streets Ice Cream. Simon then moved to Danone in 2006, where they served as the Sales Director for Australia until 2009. Following that, Keegan joined Frucor Beverages as the Sales Director for an undisclosed period before becoming the Managing Director of EIR Group in 2010.

Simon Keegan completed an Associate Diploma in Business from the University of South Australia from 1990 to 1995. Simon then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business from the same university, graduating between 1994 and 1996.
