Ashley Adams (Lawton), MSHIM, currently serves as the Human Resources/Office Manager at Einstein's Solutions Inc., where responsibilities include optimizing office policies, record keeping, and managing invoicing processes. Prior experience includes roles as Practice Manager at Achieve Physical Therapy LLC, leading a team of Patient Care Coordinators, and as Team Lead at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where oversight of Patient Access Center agents was vital for productivity and quality assurance. Additional experience encompasses patient service at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and administrative support at Carol S. Savage, MD.
