Angelica M. Mercado serves as a Trustee at Large for The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey since March 2023 and is currently an Associate Attorney specializing in Family/Matrimonial Law at Einhorn Barbarito. With a rich background in legal roles, Angelica previously worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. John P. McDonald and the Hon. Jonathan W. Romankow at the NJ Superior Court of Somerset County. Prior experience includes positions as an Insurance Defense Law Clerk at McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, volunteer mentorship roles with HBA-NJ and NJ LEEP, and various internships, including one focused on immigration-related legal representation at Make the Road New Jersey. Academic credentials include a JD/MA in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
