Rui Palha is an accomplished electronics and telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in product development and project management across leading companies. Currently serving as the Electronics Division Manager at Einhell Germany AG, Rui focuses on the development of Li-Ion battery packs and chargers, overseeing a team that coordinates product implementation with various stakeholders. Previous roles include Technical Project Leader at KOSTAL Group, where coordination of development for switch panels and mechatronic modules was a key responsibility, and Body Electronics Engineer at Bentley Motors Ltd, overseeing the electrical development for the Bentley Continental platform. Rui's career also encompasses positions in Jaguar Land Rover, Visteon Corporation, Delphi, and several software engineering roles early in the career.
