Daniel Birk is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience at Eimer Stahl LLP, where Daniel has held positions ranging from Associate to Partner since September 2011. Additionally, Daniel served as Of Counsel at the firm. Between July 2018 and July 2020, Daniel was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, part of the Illinois Institute of Technology. Earlier in Daniel's career, Daniel gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit from August 2010 to August 2011. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2003.
