Vinay Sharma is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Manager at Eimco Elecon India Limited since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team in the design and development of new products such as LHD, dump trucks, coal cutting, crushing, and excavation, along with project management and execution. Prior to this role, Vinay held the position of Lead Equipment Design at EIMCO ELECON (I) LTD from June 2017 to March 2019, focusing on design calculations and providing analytical solutions to design problems while considering design for manufacturing and failure analysis. Vinay Sharma holds a Master of Technology in Mining Machinery and Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, earned between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ujjain Engineering College, completed in 2013. Education began at School for Excellence, where Vinay completed higher secondary studies in Mathematics from 2005 to 2009.
