Akash Op A. is an accomplished entrepreneur and board member with extensive experience in restaurant management technology, resource extraction, and startup acceleration. As the founder of eatOS, Akash has developed an AI-enabled ecosystem aimed at enhancing restaurant operations and customer engagement. Akash co-founded Near Earth Resources Inc., focusing on extraterrestrial resource extraction, and is actively involved with multiple startups through positions at IdeaTree, January First Inc., ePaisa, eigital, and eflix. Previous roles include CEO of ideaTree India and co-founder of Keva, a restaurant in Dubai.
