Arvind Ramakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology and consulting industry. Prior to this, Arvind worked at PwC as a Senior Associate, focusing on talent acquisition implementations and business process alignment. Arvind also served as a Principal Consultant at HRIZONS and SuccessFactors, where they worked on global talent acquisition implementations and provided technical support to clients. Earlier in their career, Arvind worked at Infosys and ADP, gaining expertise in SAP HCM and HRIS implementations. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in product management, solutions architecture, and consulting, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR systems.

Arvind Ramakrishnan received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Anna University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
