Brian Lo has extensive work experience in the design industry. Brian started their career as a Creative at The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention in 2010 and worked there for a year. In 2012, they interned as a Branding Intern at Fluid Design + Marketing. The following year, they interned as a Graphic Design Intern at Substance Limited. In 2014, Brian interned as a Graphic Design Intern at Winkreative before being hired as a Junior Designer in 2015. Brian was promoted to Designer in 2016 and worked there until 2017. In the same year, they joined Eight Partnership as a Senior Designer. Brian then progressed to the position of Associate Design Director in 2020, Design Director in 2021, and currently holds the role of Associate Creative Director from February 2023 onwards.

Brian Lo attended the Canadian International School of Hong Kong from 1999 to 2010, where they received an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and International Baccalaureate. Brian then enrolled at the University of the Arts London and completed a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design in 2011. Brian went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honours) in Graphic Design from the same university in 2014.
