Melvin Könings is an accomplished Associate Senior Consultant at Lysias Consulting Group since 2005, providing strategic advisory services in the public sector. In 2010, Melvin founded MK Unlimited, offering consulting, training, mediation, and public affairs services. Melvin has also served as a guest lecturer on consulting skills at Avans Hogeschool since 2022 and coordinates initiatives that empower individuals through the Eigen Kracht Centrale. Additionally, Melvin holds the position of chairman at Stichting Hot Club de France Nederland, focusing on the promotion of gypsy jazz music, and contributes as a columnist for De Gelderlander. As a dedicated double bass player, Melvin has been involved in various musical projects, demonstrating a multi-instrumental talent across several genres.
