Marijke Haffmans is an experienced professional with a background in program management and community development. Since November 2006, Marijke has served as a freelance coordinator for group conferences at Eigen Kracht Centrale. Previous roles include fund raising and project development focused on youth and community building at Diversity Joy from February 2010 to January 2014, and program manager at NEAG Alternatieven voor Geweld from 2006 to 2011. Marijke's career also includes a tenure at FORUM Institute for Multicultural Affairs from 1996 to 2005, where responsibilities included program management in intercultural management and social citizenship, as well as project management in cross-cultural management. Marijke holds a Master’s degree in Human Geography and a Post Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both from the University of Amsterdam.
