Olivier Normand is an experienced professional in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and project management. Currently serving as the Electronic Invoicing Reform 2026 project manager at Eiffage, Olivier is focused on upgrading the global invoicing system in line with European recommendations. Previous roles include Program Director for IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity projects at CS Novidy’s, where Olivier managed a €50 million project with a target of enhancing security across multiple sites. Throughout a diverse career, Olivier has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Director of the Numeric Studies Department at the Conseil National de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables and Trust Portfolio Referent at Docaposte, demonstrating expertise in digital trust, legal compliance, and infrastructure development. Olivier holds several degrees in engineering and digital law, complemented by multiple certifications in cybersecurity and data protection.
