Antoine Bruggeman currently serves as Responsable achats régional at Eiffage Route, managing a portfolio of road-related purchases valued at 300M€ per year and overseeing a functional team of 22 procurement professionals. Antoine has defined purchasing policies and objectives for the Ile de France/Centre/Ouest region, implemented integration processes in collaboration with various departmental directors, and managed regional strategic suppliers, while also being a member of the regional Executive Committee. Previously, Antoine held several roles at Groupe ADP, culminating as Responsable achats, where responsibilities included managing a 60M€ annual budget for technical consulting purchases, optimizing procurement processes, and achieving significant cost savings. Early career experience includes roles focused on intellectual service procurement and general purchases at Restalliance. Antoine holds a Master's degree from IDRAC Lyon in Marketing and European Management along with a Master's in International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
