Hajar ABOUNAIM is a proficient BIM manager at Eiffage Rail, overseeing the VITEO project in the railway sector since March 2022. Hajar's expertise extends to previous roles as BIM Coordinatrice at COLAS and a study engineer at NOVEC sa, where calculations for structural elements were performed. Earlier, Hajar engaged in comparative studies of metal frameworks at CITEB and participated in construction projects at Société Générale des Travaux du Maroc, contributing to stability studies and project management. Quality control tasks were handled at OCP SA, and experience in high-rise construction projects was gained at TGCC. Hajar holds an engineering degree in civil engineering from École nationale des sciences appliquées d'Agadir and completed a baccalaureate in physical sciences at LYCEE essada.
