Tiziano Giusti currently serves as the Global Head of Managed Services at Eidosmedia since January 2019 and has been a Technical Support Manager for Vertical Solutions & SaaS Support at OpenText since January 2017, following the acquisition of the Enterprise Content Division from Dell EMC. In this role, Tiziano oversees support for Documentum Solutions across various sectors and cloud models. Prior to OpenText, Tiziano held the position of Technical Support Manager at EMC, managing the ECD LEAP/SaaS Support Team in EMEA, and previously worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for the Documentum platform. Tiziano began a career at Accenture Technology Solutions as a Programmer, focusing on Java for web applications.
