Mike Fern has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and technology. Mike served as the President of Eichrom Technologies LLC since 1990. Prior to that, they held various positions in R&D at Baxter Healthcare from 1984 to 1990.

Mike Fern attended Rockhurst High School from 1976 to 1980. Mike then pursued their undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Northwestern University, graduating in 1984. Following that, Mike enrolled at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing from 1986 to 1991.
