Dan Lillback began their work experience in 2000 at Macy's, where they worked as a Senior Operations Manager for over ten years. In 2011, they transitioned to Cincinnati Milacron, taking on the role of Director of Customer Service, and remained in this position until 2017. In the same year, Dan joined ei3, a company focused on industrial internet information, as the Director of Business Development, where they are currently working.
Dan Lillback completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2003. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Miami University in the years 1996 to 2000.
