Sarbani Bose has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Their most recent position was as the Managing Director at Ei Square, a consultancy specializing in data and analytics projects for SMEs. They were responsible for setting the strategic vision and leading a team of experts in data, analytics, insights, and performance. Prior to that, they worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador at The Institute of Directors, where they contributed to shaping the D&I landscape within the organization and in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight region. They also held the role of Data Project Manager at Virgin Media, where they managed a multimillion-pound mobile transformation program and oversaw the migration of data from legacy systems to a new CRM and billing system. Additionally, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Mill Group, overseeing the launch of a property investment website, and as a Project Manager and Solutions Lead at Hilson Moran. Earlier in their career, they were a Lead Data Migration Analyst at Virgin Media, ensuring the successful migration of data from legacy platforms, and a Lead Software Developer at GNI Capital, Inc., where they were involved in the development of a credit risk module for stock lending and borrowing.

Sarbani Bose has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Allahabad. Sarbani also attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for Artificial Intelligence studies, and completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme from the same institution in 2021. Sarbani completed high school at St Marys, Jamshedpur.
