Kaya Rogers, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at EHPlabs, focusing on establishing HR policies and practices for the U.S. Prior to this role, Kaya held the position of Human Resources Manager at PEI, overseeing HR matters across multiple offices and remote sites, managing initiatives related to employee relations, benefits, and compliance for 125 employees. Experience also includes roles as People & Recruiting Coordinator at Vevo, where support was provided across national offices, and recruiter at Atrium, handling full-cycle recruitment in the creative and fashion sectors. Additional internships in public relations and marketing were completed at NBC Universal, 5W Public Relations, Fashion Fights Cancer, and Marc Fisher Footwear. Kaya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LIM College and an Associate of Arts in Marketing from FIDM.
