Kayla Thorpe is an experienced municipal advisor and financial specialist, currently serving as an Associate Municipal Advisor at Ehlers since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla was the Village Administrator/Clerk for the Village of Butler, Wisconsin, from January 2014 to August 2023, overseeing village operations under the Village President and Board of Trustees. Kayla's extensive background in municipal management includes positions such as Assistant Village Manager and Deputy Clerk in the Village of Whitefish Bay and Management Assistant in the Village of Bayside. Earlier experience includes roles as a Legislative Correspondent for the United States House of Representatives and a City Management Intern in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Kayla holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
