LaVita Green has extensive experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on phlebotomy and training. Since April 2014, LaVita has served as a Mobile Phlebotomy Trainer and a DOT and Drug Testing Trainer at Caresticks, along with owning Mobile Lab Services. LaVita also has been a Mobile Notary for the State of Kansas since May 2015 and currently works as a Wellness Coordinator for eHealthScreenings. Previous roles include Site Manager for Hooper Holmes and phlebotomist positions at Shawnee Mission Health and Heartland Health. LaVita holds an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from HI Tech Institute, earned between 2003 and 2005.
