David M. Elkins is an experienced executive in digital sales and account management, currently serving as EVP at eHealthcare Solutions since August 2024. Previously, David held the position of VP Sales for North America at MOBKOI from 2022 to August 2024. David also served as Head of Sales at SeenThis and as Sr. Director of Global Advertising Partnerships at OpenWeb, where efforts focused on enhancing advertising performance for a vast network of publishers. From March 2008 to February 2020, David was Sr. Director of Display Advertising Sales and Partnerships at TripAdvisor, where revenue grew significantly under their leadership. Earlier roles include Director of Digital Media at YES Network and Senior Sales Manager at Yahoo!, where David managed accounts for major brands. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
