Farrukh Shafiq is an experienced Network Engineer with over 10 years of network administration and engineering expertise. Currently employed at a public sector organization since August 2015, Farrukh oversees the deployment and support of the network. Prior to this role, employment at eHealth Ontario involved infrastructure network and virtualization support for data centers, contributing to multiple refresh projects and ensuring network operations ran smoothly in a healthcare environment. Previous experience includes IT support consultancy at IBM Canada Ltd., where multi-tier network support was provided, and technical analysis at CC Technology Ltd., focused on LAN and WAN support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computers & Commerce from Karachi University, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Preston University, and completion of the CCIE DC full track from Silantia Institute.
