Wendy Lang is a Clinical Change Management Lead at eHealth Centre of Excellence since November 2021. Prior to this role, Wendy has been a Clinical Adoption Specialist at the same organization since August 2016, focusing on assisting primary care practitioners in adopting telehealthcare solutions. Wendy's experience includes serving as a Clinical Informatics Specialist at Grand River Hospital from April 1986 to April 2015, where Wendy developed an electronic Clinical Documentation system and worked on interdisciplinary teams to enhance practice standards. Wendy also held the position of RNAO RN Peer to Peer Leader for LHIN 3 from 2010 to 2012, promoting nursing involvement in eHealth solutions and significantly increasing e-Health champions in the region. Wendy holds a degree in Nursing from Durham College and is a Proscii Certified Change Management Specialist.
