Fady Niper has a strong background in electrical engineering and project management. fady has worked as the Head of Electrical Engineering at EHAF Consulting Engineers since 2013, where they are responsible for preparing and reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and time plans. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of the MEP department at International Misr Contracting (IMC) from 2010 to 2013, overseeing the execution of MEP works and managing various engineering tasks. From 2009 to 2010, Fady worked as a Senior Technical Officer at EL-Sheamy Consulting, where they were involved in preparing and reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and time plans for various systems. fady also conducted value engineering, engineering studies, and cost estimates. At Universal for Trading and Contracting, Fady served as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for revising and designing new locations for electrical substations, executing MEP systems for hotel projects, and conducting feasibility studies for electrical outdoor networks and landscape.

Fady Niper obtained a Bachelor's degree in engineering from Alexandria University between the years 1998 and 2003.
