Filipe Alves Moura

Filipe Alves Moura has a wealth of work experience. Filipe began their career in 2006 as a Software Developer at E-biz Solution Soluções Tecnológicas, where they managed to get a delayed project delivered on-time. In 2007, they moved to Koodos as a Senior Software Developer, developing, designing and maintaining its internal store management software. In 2008, they worked as an Associate - Senior Software Developer - Valuations Manager at Markit, where they developed an innovative and high volume bonds prices approximation solution. Also in 2008, they worked as a Project Management assistant / Problem Solver and Sailor on board of Pangaea. In 2011, they co-founded TailorIT, providing tailor-made product management, software development and recruitment processes on a client basis. In 2012, they co-founded Metamáquina, credited for kickstarting the Brazilian makers scene and was the country's first crowdfunded company. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Developer and Project Manager at Avaaz, leading multiple projects and managed professionals across multiple teams and locations. In 2018, they became the Director at Nth.work, providing consultancy on technology and innovative product development and management. Also in 2018, they became a Technology Advisor at EVShare, providing technology leadership to shape the business and solutions on a conceptual level, to define its architecture, prototypes and products. Finally, in 2016 they became CTO and Head of Product and Innovation at ehab, an Innovate UK backed 2020/21 and SHORTLISTED for the 2019 LONDON DESIGN MUSEUM BEAZLEY DESIGNS OF THE YEAR AWARD.

Filipe Alves Moura has a diverse educational background. Filipe obtained a Bachelor in Applied Mathematics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2006. In 2009, they completed a partial Master in Leadership Towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology. Filipe also received certifications from Cisco and IBM in 2002. In 2019, they participated in a Continuing Studies program at Stanford University, focusing on Fundamentals of Product Management. Currently, they are pursuing an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at UCL. Filipe also holds a Coursera Software Product Management Specialisation.
