Omar Hamed is a legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as a Pretrial Judge and State Commissioner at the Egyptian Council of State since September 2022. Prior to this role, Omar worked as a Startups Legal Counsel at The Legal Clinic, where advisory services were focused on FinTech companies regarding legal and regulatory matters. Omar also served as an Associate Trainee at Baker McKenzie, engaging in significant corporate litigation disputes and advising major pharmaceutical firms. A background in military service with the Egyptian Armed Forces and experience as a Compliance Associate Intern, as well as internships in corporate governance and intellectual property, further enhance Omar's legal expertise. Omar holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the same institution.
