Arathi Swaminathan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arathi began their career in 1994 as an Office Assistant at M/s. PC INDIA PVT. LTD. Arathi then worked as a Secretary at M/s. EXNORA from November 1995 to May 1999. In July 1999, they joined M/s. WEIZMANN HOMES LTD. as the Secretary to the Managing Director. Arathi further enhanced their skills and knowledge by working as an Associate Secretarial at Brigade Enterprises Limited from May 2003 to April 2010. Most recently, Arathi Swaminathan served as the Human Resources Manager at eGrove Systems starting from March 2017 to the current date.

Arathi Swaminathan completed their Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Madras Christian College from 1990 to 1993.
