Shayne Estes began their professional career in 2010 as a Customer Support Analyst II at PPG Industries. In this role, they communicated with various IT teams regarding critical issues, provided technical support to PPG employees globally, and developed knowledge, standard procedures, and escalation requirements for commonly occurring incidents.
