Virendra Jayetileke is a skilled process engineer currently employed at Ego Pharmaceuticals since November 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating production and troubleshooting equipment issues on two filling lines. Prior to this role, Virendra held various positions at Ensign Laboratories from November 2018 to October 2022, including Quality Systems Engineer, where coordination of deviation investigations and risk assessments were key tasks, as well as roles as a Quality Assurance Intern and Quality Control Laboratory Intern, which involved product quality reviews and analytical testing, respectively. Earlier experience includes internships in formulation and kitchen operations at YOMG, and roles at Australia Post in warehouse management and mail sorting. Virendra holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering and Financial & Insurance Mathematics from Monash University.
