Rakshit Kumar is a Senior IT Analyst at Egon Zehnder, where responsibilities include supporting the global network and telecom structure across 67 locations and three datacenters, as well as overseeing the implementation and support of a 3 Cluster Cisco CUCM v8 for global VoIP deployment. Prior to this role, Rakshit served as an IT Analyst, managing VPN connectivity requests and administering token availability.
