Julie Brummer serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Egon Zehnder since October 2021. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Global Talent and Human Resources Director at BCG GAMMA from September 2018 to October 2021, and served as Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from July 2008 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes working as Treasurer and Project Manager at Junior ESSEC Conseil from October 2005 to June 2007, a student-run consulting firm, and an internship in the Risk Management Department at Dexia in June 2005. Julie Brummer earned a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School (2004-2008) and completed preparatory classes at Lycée Saint-Michel de Picpus (2003-2004).
