Ine Thereze Gransæter currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at EGN Norge since March 2022, overseeing operations and strategy on a global scale from Oslo. Prior to this role, Gransæter was the Daglig leder/CEO of Lyymp AS, focusing on software development for professional sports actors. Gransæter has extensive experience in corporate governance, serving on the board of Øslo AS and as the Director of Business Development at Håkon Jarl Holding AS. Additionally, Gransæter held leadership positions in various organizations, including Chairman of the Board at Kadetten AS, agency head at Urban Jungle, and Head of Digital at Egmont Publishing. As a co-founder of TENK - The Tech Network For Women, Gransæter actively supports women in the tech industry. Gransæter's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding Complectus Limited and MyPocket.Academy. Gransæter holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism/media from the University of Agder and furthered education at BI Norwegian Business School.
