Mauro Castagnetti is a software development leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Responsabile Sviluppo Software at eGlue since May 2022, Mauro previously held the position of Program Manager at Apex S.r.l, where responsibilities included developing business projects and implementing Agile methodologies. Mauro's career at Selecta Digital Services spanned nearly 17 years, during which roles included Head of IT Service Operation Testing & Deployment, Head of Software Architectures, Head of R&D, and Head of ERP & Automation Departments. Early in the career, Mauro worked as a software developer, business partner, and freelancer, gaining valuable skills in software requirements analysis and project management. Mauro holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering and has pursued further education in problem solving and decision making.
