Eric Garza has a long and varied work experience. Eric began their career in 2000 as an Internet Solutions Developer at Vectrix. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at TALX. In 2003, they took on the role of Lead .Net Developer at PCI: the data company. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Picasso Software and then as a Technical Architect/Lead Developer at Aim-To. In 2007, they became a Senior Engineer/Partner at MARk Business Intelligence Systems. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a .Net Consultant and then as an Ecommerce Manager at AmerisourceBergen. In 2018, they became the Store Owner at Profile by Sanford - Plano, TX. From 2002 to 2018, they also served as the Chief Executive Officer of EGI Consulting.

Eric Garza received their MBA in Management Information Systems, General from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they received their BBA in MIS, Marketing, and General Business from the same university between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma - White Belt and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft.
