Tom Nauw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial and sales management within the hospitality and business development sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at EGG in Dubai, Tom has successfully developed the UAE commercial strategy and acquired seven new clients. As Head of New Business, Tom converted 73% of new clients during the COVID period, contributing to a New Business Revenue of 4 million. Additionally, Tom holds the position of Commercial Director at Visenso, focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Tom's prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Easygenerator, and various positions at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, culminating in the role of Assistant Director of Sales. Tom began a career in hospitality with management internships at Radisson Blu Gautrain and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maastricht Hotel Management School.
