Joy Tennent is an experienced professional in product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Egencia since July 2018. Previously, Joy held the position of Product Manager at Grainger from February 2015 to July 2018 and worked at HERE Technologies as a Product Manager, ScrumMaster, and Analyst from May 2011 to February 2015. Earlier in Joy's career, Joy served as a GIS Coordinator and Analyst at the Barrington Area Council of Governments from June 2008 to May 2011. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a GIS specialization and a minor in Spanish from The Ohio State University, completed in December 2006.
