Erik Brown Frandsen is currently the Centerchef for Ejendom og Byggeri in Egedal Kommune since March 2023. Prior to this role, Erik served as a Teamleder at Sweco from January 2019 to March 2023 and worked as an interim manager with NEXUS INTERIM as the Konstitueret enhedschef in Københavns Kommune in 2018. Additionally, Erik operates a consultancy, EBF Consult IVS, focusing on change management, organization, financial management, collaboration, sales, and service. Erik's extensive experience includes positions as Driftschef at Gentofte Hospital, Department Manager at FORCE Technology, and Teknisk Direktør in both Furesø and Farum Kommunes, along with serving as Viceafdelingschef and Projektleder at Krüger A/S. Erik holds a degree in Civil Engineering from DTU and an HD in Strategy from Copenhagen Business School.
